SecretSafe is an independent project that tracks what legal AI vendors publicly state about where data is stored, where AI runs, and what they commit to in writing on Swiss professional secrecy. It exists because the first question many lawyers ask about a legal AI tool, “where does my client’s data actually go?”, rarely has a clear, sourced answer.
The site is informational only. It does not provide legal advice, and no legal services are offered through it. Nothing on this site creates a lawyer-client relationship. No vendor pays for inclusion or scores.
The data is published as open data so others can check, reuse and correct it.
